The service is relatively good and the people that come out are friendly and knowledgeable. The exclusion work done a few years ago has really worked. My main complaint is the disconnect in communication between the main and local offices. You might make an appointment through the main office that has no idea of the schedules of the local office. I have had Terminix cancel my original appointment in hopes of rescheduling for another day or time so many times I've lost count. It is very inconvenient to the customer if they have either taken a day off or rearranged their schedule to make sure a problem is taken care of only to be put to the side for another day or time....read full review

Terry did a great job getting rid of carpenter ants and some strange looking wasp like thing that created nests over our ramp. He was great to work with—very pleasant and funny. He let me know when he was arriving and when he was finished.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I was most amazed with Baeley Berry who was the young man who showed up at the house to do the first treatment. He spent a lot of time, inspecting the house and filling me in on a lot of interesting details about my pest issues. One thing I noticed is that he was very into his work, and really seemed to have a passion for it. I never write reviews, but I was very impressed.
