I never imagined I’d write a review like this about CNWMT. They recently moved buildings and became very commercial. They used to know clients. Kept the massage area quiet and comfortable. Since moving to the new building the “store” is larger, the staff don’t know clients or preferences. If you’re expecting a sexual assault free massage… think again. I don’t normally work with men for the following reason. The women I normally work with was booked or off that day so I took the open appointment. He was awkward and when I told him I needed work on my hip he said he couldn’t touch me in that area….um….ok? The massage continues, I was on my stomach, palms up when he rubbed his penis against my hand. In his pants; I slid my hand closer to myself. The next time he passed by he did it again and again I pulled my hand closer to me. Finally, he walked past my hand but this time he put his erect penis (still in pants) in my hand and just stood there for a second. I froze. While I realize that is quite a complaint the president only mailed me a check for reimbursing me for the traumatic massage. I went back after that and worked with my typical masseuse with no issue. They called my husband to cancel his appointment. He was at work and didn’t have time to reschedule so he ask me to call. The person who answered was rude saying she had already told my husband all the options and gave her the date and time that would work for him. His rescheduled massage was suppose to be 10/6. However, this evening I received the following email from the President of Education. Mrs. Semoff, As president of CNW it is my decision to no longer accept you as a client of CNW. Please refrain from coming to the premises in the future. Any further communication with CNW will be with me directly by email or sending an email addressed to me, no other employees of CNW. Respectfully, Desirae Carosi President Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy
