I wish there were TEN STARS to rate Rescuecom! My old desktop crashed, and they brought it back to life (after finding 15+ viruses and other hellish problems). Rescue Roy tried to help me remotely, but my poor, sick computer wouldn't comply; so I shipped it to him with great trepidation (AND trust). He graciously and patiently walked me through EVERY fix to my desktop, and then shipped me back a "literally NEW" desktop, with full Rescuecom protection (and he lifted my 8000+ song ITunes that I immediately downloaded to my vintage Ipod -- bonus point!).
