You gotta get to know these guys. They really aren't a bad bunch of dudes. Washing these trailers all day would make anyone a bit irritable. I use them a lot and I leave with a clean trailer so that's all I need. In the trucking industry you deal with a lot of unhappy and usually mean people. No other industry has that many unhappy people I don't think . Anyway, shout out to Caleb, he is always friendly and helpful. As for the other guys, they may not be the friendliest but they do their job and they do it everyday, all day. So thanks guys. You are appreciated.
Real hours as of 12/21/23 are 8am to 4:30pm. The guys here seem to make up their hours to whatever they want them to be since there seems to be next to no oversight on this location. Got here at 5:30pm to get washed and they where closed up and made me late for my load, When they came in I asked what the hours are and they said 8am to 4:30pm " we not trying to work long hours" wish I could just tell my job what hours I don't wanna work.
Pulled in 45 minutes to closing with the expectation that I'd have to wait until morning to get washed out. The worker said that since it was an easy wash he'd get it done before he left for the night. I was highly appreciative of this and gave him a couple of my company's t-shirts as a thank you.
