On Feb 27, after 2 weeks away, I came home to a leaking roof into the master bedroom, caused by a roof ice dam. I had the dam removed and my ins adjuster advised me thst Prof Fire Restoration was a cleanup option. Matthew was assigned and he removed sheet rock and insulation, etc. etc. He then came back over the weekend to remove the fans. dehumidifier, etc
I am writing all this because he was terrific. He made me feel comfortable w the process. kept me advised and thoroughly cleaned up. Matthew represents your company well. Thank you
Shortly after I had suffered a kitchen fire that covered my first floor in soot, not to mention a damaged kitchen, DJ, of Professional Fire Restoration arrived and assured me that they would clean and restore my home better than before, and they did! Teams of friendly and hard working people arrived and cleaned everything and replaced my kitchen. Everything is super clean and beautiful! They were so kind and thoughtful since they had to work around my dog, two rabbits and I. These people addressed every question and concern. They even made an effort to get my home finished in 3 months and done before Christmas. I can only give them the highest rating as I highly recommend...read full review
