We had a great experience with Phillips Locksmith. We were looking for a smart lock that would work with WiFi. I called another well-known local business - rhymes with Nan-Join - and they had very limited offerings. I called Phillips and spoke with Yuriy first and then Gary, the owner. Not only did they discuss a variety of options with me, they sent a locksmith to make sure the lock would fit on our very thick front door. They ordered the device, and specified the Smart Home Hub I would need to purchase from Amazon to use the lock with my phone. This was our first time using W & E Phillips Inc. The technician was amazing! He took time to explain the charges as well as the work he was doing and was efficient, neat, quick and cleaned up afterward too! We will always call them for any future needs.
Our front door lock mechanism wasn’t working properly. We called Phillips locksmith and they were able to get a tech out the next morning. Greg was so professional and efficient. He fixed our lock and replaced the door knob. It works perfectly now. They are very reasonably priced too. Thank you!
