OMG I have chest pains...these people reviewed my computer printer and then fixed it at a somewhat high price. OK, fine. Then, I called them for an estimate when it broke (again) a short time after. My boss decided we'd just get a new printer since we are out of warranty. Had to buy it through our parent company. So we then tell P&J that we don't want the repair but we have the old printer if they want to take it for parts. I'm doing this to be nice, right? They BILLED us for this. Really? To spend five minutes looking at a printer? And then they picked up a FREEBIE for parts and had the stones to bill for it. UNbelievable. STEER CLEAR.
