Loved the person I had for my Botox injections, Samantha. She walked me through every placement and what they did to the face. I have been going to ideal image for years and this was the first time I’ve had such a step by step process explanation. I will definitely be requesting Samantha again for my next appointment.
My laser treatment was great it didn't hurt as much as I thought and the technician was very sweet. She informed me ahead of time and answered any questions I had. Although the normal verbiage should be adjusted per person since tanning isn't common for myself with beautiful melanated skin as mine. Other than that everyone was very nice and accommodating, even the receptionist brought me cold water when I asked if any besides the hot ones on the desk. I can't wait for my next round and I even referred my Auntie to visit the Queens location.
