I erased my last review which detailed the poor communication at this firm and now I regret my decision to try and take the high road. We might hear from the paralegal tomorrow, four days after a promise in an email. Stay away from this place if you are looking for an attorney to put your mind at ease. We tried to explain the need to speak with them and all we (Alicia is the actual customer and they made sure to jab us in their first response) got was a lip service text reply telling us they'd reach out to our paralegal Karre, who texted two days later asking if two days later worked. I was referred to Ben Barry by a colleague of mine for my injury. I was super uncomfortable seeking help, but felt I needed it since it drastically impacted me and my family. I don’t have enough words to express what a blessing Harding Mazzotti has been. My husband had a bad experience with a previous attorney and so he decided to switch to Harding Mazzotti. The staff are very responsive from the intake coordinators, the paralegals and the attorneys. My husband was able to settle his workers comp case with ease! The attorneys were fair in their fees and were truly a treasure to work with. We 100% recommend Harding Mazzotti!
