Rapid response in getting to my home & addressing the furnace repair issue. (They also had told me I did not need to purchase a new furnace! The cost for visit, checking furnace, & repair was reasonable & the workers got my furnace working well in a brief time! ?????
I was so nerves at first, we haven’t had a good experience with anyone. The young man was able to figure it out quickly but went through everything as he should. Sergio was great at explaining everything/describing. Very satisfied we went with this company. Thank you so much for all the help!
The technician Matt Carr that was sent out from Clifton Park Grasshopper heating and cooling was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and then let me know what his recommendations were for my heating and cooling system. He discussed options going forward, made suggestions and diagnosed problems that a previous company never saw. Highly recommend this company
