This was my first time to the location, and I was surprised at how welcoming it is. Very friendly and attentive staff! My order was there very quickly. I will for sure be using Grainger again, Thanks!

What a pleasure it is to deal with the staff at Grainger in Albany. They are always willing to go above and beyond and are knowledgeable about a vast array of products. They always have products in stock and if not will be there the next day by 8am. John has always made me experience enjoyable. I will continue using this facility for the foreseeable future.
