Just had my first annual tune-up on my one year old new furnace/AC and my tech did a great job. He performed the expected services bit when he serviced my tankless heater, he detected a leak. Instead of busy letting me know, he called the manufacturer, checked and found that I was still under warranty and is making arrangements for replacement parts or a new water heater. I am very appreciative and impressed. That's why I have been with Family Danz for over 25 years.
