A true gem in Albany.
Late on a Monday afternoon and in a frenzy over my ill fitting custom tuxedo that I need in a week. This is a BIG PROBLEM. Hoping on a miracle, I call Mo Rabiu at European Tailoring. Why? Because I need the BEST, and Mo’s background is unparalleled in the Capital Region. A true Bespoke Master Tailor who has shown at Fashion Week’s all around the world.
I find the realm of tailoring fascinating. It perfectly blends art and science, or put differently- it’s an amalgamation of the visual aesthetic with physics tested on the human form. I would rate 100 stars if I could!!! Their service was impeccable and the items came out fantastic!! Mo was able to see me the same day I called for a quick fitting and drop off. Fitting barely took 10-15 minutes and the items all ended up fitting SO much better than when I first dropped them off. Contrast this with my experience at 2 other big box stores for a fitting, Mo's expertise, service, and professionalism is miles better. The suggestions to taper etc. beyond hemming were all so on the mark, all pieces fit my body shape and stature so well now so I'm not only not drowning in them but so much more confident wearing them out and about.
