The best part of Vision Works is the person was extremely knowledgeable, so she was very helpful told me all my options went over them until I was satisfied with understanding what I would be purchasing. She was also very pleasant, and professional. I would strongly recommend.
Marta was wonderful and made the process quick and easy. I had a few additional questions about what my insurance would allow and she was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable about glasses and additional features that could help me; I gained much insight from her.
The doctor who saw me (female, dark hair, glasses- I forgot her name) was also kind and very helpful. The entire process and staff who helped me were quick & efficient and I can't wait to get my new glasses!
I would love to thank Jennifer for being so patient and kind even with the extreme overflow as I came in to get a pair of replacement glasses due to my puppy chewing my glasses there was a misunderstanding with my profile and Jennifer was very patient and happy to help get it situated…. Also would like to give Marta her flowers as well for remaining polite and multi tasking to help me as she was busy helping a coworker very amazing woman who handles stress and demand very well hoping I spelled her name correctly as I just wanted to add her in for her very polite service with it being hard to come by in this day and age thank you ladies Happy Holidays !!!
