I had an urgent issue with my MacBook the night before I was scheduled to leave the country. Yaser offered to take a look even though it was super late at night and even though he did not have the supplies to help with my issue because of how soon I was leaving I greatly appreciated the fact that he agreed to run diagnostics for me in the middle of the night. My son's PS5 had an issue with his hdmi port initially and this was fixed immediately with no concerns-the console had been knocked off a dresser by our dogs and damaged. When I brought it home, we found that controllers wouldn't work with it anymore and it kept shutting off randomly. The IT tech communicated with me and offered to open the console and diagnose the issue for free as he hadn't fixed everything initially, found the second problem (bluetooth connection had been busted in the drop requiring a new component and a small bit of labor to install) and fixed it next day.
