Love these ladies and their services! Never had a bad experience with the previous owner or the new owners. I have only gone here to get my hair done for about 10 years now and will continue to only go to them.

I started going to Coumba braiding hair salon several years ago. After awhile, I felt that she didn't want to do my hair any more. I always wanted her to do my hair when I wanted braids because, I truly love the way she braids hair. When I would go to get my hair braided, she'd always had someone else braid my hair. That last time, I was done. So, I stopped going to her hair shop for a long time. However, I went back to her hair shop because, it's so convenient for me. They lady in the shop was nice we had a nice convo while she braided my hair. She was a little rough but I kinda expected that at an African hair salon and she was quick but at the same time I only got two cornrows. I'm a guy and I take my son and myself to get our heads braided. We've been to other places but I felt the lady's work was very neat and tight. Got a fade to go with it and I was str8. The next week at work i got a lot of complements(from kids lol). But everybody's experience is diffrent....good luck
