In response to the owner's "Response" below, I want to clarify that when I brought my typewriter to the shop, the technician informed me it was severely "gummed up" (direct quote) and required a deep cleaning, which would cost a lot. However, upon taking it to a friend afterward, it became apparent that the issue was a simple electrical problem, easily resolved in minutes without any specialized tools. To be clear, it was NOT gummed up. It was actually pretty clean inside. Given this discrepancy, I feel justified in my one-star rating. While I may not be technically inclined, I expect honesty and accuracy from a repair service.

Above & Beyond Customer Service!Dropped off a printer for diagnosis & repair but never got as far as repairing it. While it was ‘on the bench’ I cancelled the repair and they were happy to let it go.

They are an outstanding business. From the receptionist to the highly skilled technicians, they are exceptional in every way. Their communications are clear, the repairs are done quickly, and the price charged is reasonable. I run a CPA firm and I highly recommend Centurion for sales and service.
