I needed my in-ground pool filled, so I got 3 estimates. Kings Contracting had the lowest price, and were very clear on how and when the job would get done. I live in Saratoga on a small city lot, so I was concerned about access for their trucks and the fact there was very little clearance around the pool. Carl Breitenstein was in charge of the project, and did an amazing job. He was highly skilled with the equipment, in a very small space. The black mastic under all flooring in the lower level of my raised ranch was found to contain asbestos. Brian was very knowledgeable, explained the process for asbestos abatement, and was very responsive when contacted by text, email or phone. The cost was more than reasonable, especially compared to some other local estimates I obtained.
The crew was polite, respectful and got the job done a bit earlier than expected.
