We were impressed with the employees of Albany Carpet Warehouse. We were looking for a runner for our stairs and Wendy King helpfully showed us what was available. We were able to choose a remnant and received a very fair price. The other thing that impressed us was they lent us the tools to complete the job and explained how to use them. All were very helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.
Hands down the best quality and customer service in the capital region. My wife and I carpeted what is going to be our nursery and now plan on doing our entire house! The owner went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. There was an issue from the factory with the original carpet we ordered. Carpet warehouse got us a new one and installed it in two business days. Highly recommended!
