I give this Company 5 stars - I had what I considered a serious mice problem and was very concerned what damage mice can cause in a very short time. I reached out to Family Pest Solutions and spoke to Marie Miller. Marie was very responsive to my concerns and scheduled her tech (Bill Lamboy) to come out the very next day.
Bill showed up right on time!! This is huge one for me - one of my pet peeves. He did a site inspection and upon completion he went over exactly what was happening and how to correct it. Matt, always explains everything he is doing while exterminating my home. He is very professional and polite. Since we have sign on with Family Pest Solutions, we barely have any activity in the past 3 years we have been with them.
