I had my first eye exam ever today. What a great positive experience. The doctor was super friendly and explained everything to me and the woman at the desk was very helpful because I had no clue what I was doing! My daughter has also had great experiences here. I highly recommend!

How many people can say they have much fun & many laughs going to their eye appointments? Dr Wilkes is great... and as always, thank you Denise & Bonnie for all your help and for all the laughs! ?

My husband was loading our suitcases into our car in Chicago when the glasses frame snapped. We went from optical to optical from Illinois to New York State. No one wanted to help us!! While staying in Buffalo, we call other places and they didn’t wanted to help. First thing in the morning, we decided to stop at this optical in Akron. They were friendly, great at looking for a frame for my husband’s lenses. Made sure he could read and see well. We highly recommend them for their great customer service and friendly service. If ever passing that way and need mine fixed, I will sure stop by their optical store.
