They came and installed an air conditioner for me. It was very quick and easy less than a half hour. I didn’t catch there names but they were very respectful, worked very hard and explained everything about the AC and how to use it and what to do with the window when I took it out. I work from home and they were respectful to that knowledge and waited for me to get off the phone to sign paperwork. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again guys.
Had the best experience with Wade, Super nice, very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING! He switched out our horrible on demand system, and replaced it with a 50 gallon tank water heater, Super efficient, so quickly and couldn’t beat the price! We will be using this family owned and operated company from here on out!
Heat went out on a Saturday, started calling around on Monday and heard end of the week or 'we don't service that brand' from everybody I reached out to. I called Bartlett's on Wednesday, they were out just before the end of the day, and scheduled the fix for Friday. Then they called back and got me in ahead of schedule on a Thursday. Service fee was below what I had been quoted by others. My part was expensive, but that's the way those things go sometimes.
