I've been going to the Kripalu Yoga and Wellness Center for several years. They've been very hospitable to my family and I as well as my small religious group who regularly meets there for services. The Yoga Center has worked hard to create a sanctuary for people with alternative spiritualities. We always feel safe and respected when we go there for fellowship, to take a workshop, enjoy the beautiful stone circle, walk the labyrinth, or explore the trails. I have taken some yoga classes there, and the teachers are very knowledgeable and kind. I love attending the drum circles when I can! They are meditative and I always have a meaningful experience. Meditations for Enlightenment with Todd Bettinger was excellent! So much to process, but well worth it. I wish I had had the time to interact with each very special soul there. Sometimes time is the enemy, but I will connect with some of them in the near future! Thank you, Steve! Thank you, Todd! Had a very enlightening time!
