Cody was great at keeping us posted on his arrival time and even let us know when he was delayed because of an issue with a customer. He showed up where he said and was courteous and professional. He easily diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion.

I couldn’t be more pleased. Isayah and Jose were both very professional and had a good understanding of my HVAC system. The explained the process involved in fixing my problem. This is the second time we are using Rice. I hope to stay with them a long time.
