Absolutely the BEST. We bought a house that we didn’t realize was such a fixer upper, but they’ve saved us more times than I can even count the last two months- broken water heater, major plumbing leak, major heating issue, they seem to be able to do everything and do it well and for a reasonable, fair price and are so helpful, kind, honest, respectful and supportive in the process. Walker River Mechanical always takes great care of us. They are quick to show up and get the job done right. Even when they made a mistake on a plumbing job I had them do they went out of their way to make it right, and it was not cheap for them to fix. That is a great measure of a companies principles. Called for estimate to replace my heater and add air.Had to call them did not hear from them in a week. They said someone would be out that day no one showed. Guess they do not need my business. Not good business practices on their part. Walker River contacted me and said that thier tech didn't get the message Matt came out the next day and and did a estimate. I am so glad I used this company. Yesterday 6/21 Root,Erie and Ed showed up and did an outstanding job. Hats off to Walker River.Services: Thermostat installation
