We had a problem with a newly installed oil fired furnace. The issues were with the product, not Marricinni. After a frustrating 2 1/2 months, Marricinni replaced the unit with propane giving us full credit for the previously installed unit. Labor was reduced by a substantial amount, focused only on the actual time spent on the job.
