The Lyon County Museum is an awesome small museum with much to see. It provides a very good representation of local history with entertaining and informative tours of the buildings. The volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable. The displays are great. Admission is free, though donations are appreciated. It is a place history or pop culture fans need to visit and will not be disappointed by.
Nice small town museum. Nice settings/dioramas. I wish that I could have seen more of the fire engines. I liked the old cars and trucks. A sign explaining the equipment outside would be good.
Awesome small museum to visit! The tour of the buildings were entertaining and informative. The displays were great to see. The museum's volunteers provided the tours. This museum is a place that you need to visit if you are a lover of history or a pop culture fan.
This place is deceiving! There is soooo much to see!!! The volunteers there were very friendly and informative. Free to enter but definitely leave them a donation. You will not be disappointed stopping by.
