I discovered a leak in the propane supply line on my trailer, while traveling through Winnemucca on a road trip. When I called Snyder, the receptionist said no one was available but she'd call Tony for advice, and let me text pictures of my setup. When Tony called, he offered to do the work if needed but suggested it might be a simple job for me - which it was. So, I just want to give Snyder Plumbing a 5-star review for being friendly and helpful and allowing me to handle the job on my own.
Unfortunately we had to use another plumber due to a problem with our water heater yet again, but fortunate enough to be able to get in with Snyder! Nancy is such a breeze to work with and is honestly the sweetest and very knowledgeable! We’ve tried using them before and they were pretty booked out, completely understate, but our water heater popped a fuse and all the wire’s caught on fire. While an emergency on our end doesn’t constitute an emergency on their end they absolutely treated it like it was! Snyder came next day to get our water heater diagnosed and replaced. Great customer service! Fast service, friendly, went the extra mile! Very appreciative that I was given a guided tour of under my house and was given great advice on what I need to concentrate on in the future, and what not to do! Thank you very much!
