About 6th Street Car & Truck Wash
6th Street Car & Truck Wash offers both automatic and self-service wash options. The automatic wash is reasonably priced, where an apparatus moves around the vehicle for a thorough clean with multiple brush passes. The self-wash bays feature very good water pressure that effectively removes dirt. Payment can be made with cash or credit card. However, some stalls may have issues with accepting paper money or have short brush hoses. The selection display instructions can also be confusing. Staff are noted for being excellent, hardworking, and helpful in guiding customers. Overall, it is a spot highly recommended for getting vehicles super clean.
I went through the automatic wash for $15 (yeah, everything is getting pricey, but this is about par for the course).
The guy working there was great. He did an excellent job going over the entire truck before guiding me into the bay. He may be the hardest working guy I've seen at a car wash!
This is one where you sit still and the apparatus moves around you. The brushes made 3 passes - plenty to ensure a good wash.
Can't speak to the self-wash bays, but I prefer the auto-wash anyway - the brushes can scrub a lot more and a lot faster than I can by hand.
I had to rinse my car because of mud and cow patties. This place was awesome for the price. You can either put in cash or you can add a credit card. The water pressure was super good it blasted the muck off of my car in seconds. I would highly recommend this spot to get your car super clean. They also have an automatic car wash which was priced very reasonably.
Stall would not take paper money. Had to run around and get quarters. Second stall from left, the brush hose is too short to get to the other side of car. Also the vacuum hose attachment kept falling off
