Was passing through and had Chris look at my vehicle. Was honest, fair, personable and extremely thorough and helpful. 10/10 would recommend if any RV'er is passing through Wells and needs honest and fair service. I even left a set of keys there and Chris mailed them to me right away and wouldn't let me pay for it.

This place is fricken AWESOME!!!!! We are from Las Vegas, my husband was on his way to Idaho & his car broke down, my BMW people in Henderson asked us to take it to Otto Clinic, so my husband could continue with his journey. Chris the Otto Clinic owner/Tech repaired the car in an hour & would not let us pay him. He wouldn't even take a tip. How nice is that. In today's time that is unheard of, but shows you the true character of this shop, honest, reliable & awesome, I truly want to thank Otto Clinic for their amazing workmanship.!!! I would recommend everyone to take their cars there. Thank you Otto Clinic.... Chris....!!!

Just had a customer needing help and had them service their vehicle at this shop and by far I am completely blown away with the service. Alyssa service was top notch service very communicative of what was going on. Chris is expert in his field and very knowledgeable. Very honest shop and will tell you what is going on.
