They were fast and helped us when we were out in the sticks with a flat and not the right key to release the locking nut on the tire. I will use them in a heart beat

Long story short, we took our non-4x4 van to Pyramid Lake to check the place out & very quickly found ourselves stuck in the sand. Smith & Tobey was super quick to reply. 40 mins later (in comparison to AAA who said it would take up to 4 hours), showed up with a plan/tools to get us out & his pup to observe the predicament we got ourselves into. He was quick, kind, & non-judgmental! Just note, the ideal form of payment is cash!
