I hate to leave a negative review, especially since I work in the medical field myself and understand the challenges providers face. Unfortunately, our experience with Barton Physical Therapy fell far short of expectations.

We were referred by our pediatrician for our son, who was diagnosed with torticollis (neck tightness). The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived, which we appreciated. However, we were never presented with a treatment plan, consent forms, or any explanation of pricing before the visit.
