It is very unfortunate that Dave Shaw retired, because this “new” crew that has taken over is all talk. They mention they will “put you on their schedule” and never follow up. They rarely respond to your messages. It’s very frustrating because I’d rather do business with them, but they do not seem all that interested in doing business with me. So, I have decided to go with Snyder Mechanical, and they have been very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, The Shaw firm has lost my business.

I searched local plumbers in an emergency situation and was told by the more known ones in Elko that they couldn't make it to my house...thankfully Shaw was able to and after the service I received I will never look for another plumber! They were quick, knowledgeable and actually discusses the issue and tips for the future with me. I highly recommend them!
