“A warm and welcoming, relaxed, feels-like-home salon. PHS destroys the current corporate and clinical approach of supposedly modern beauty salons, which these days lack that personal connection with their clients. Kate and Barbara have truly achieved a fantastic vibe. Heather was my assigned artist. And she is awesome. Open, friendly, fun, and absolutely invested in what it was I was after for my mop of thinning hair. Constant conversation during the cut regarding the layering, feathering, length, "clunkiness," and overall feel of her work. I am a fussy, pain-in-the-derriere type of client. Not today. I enjoyed my entire experience so much, not only will I be back, but I booked my wife in with Heather for next week. Thats "two snaps up (in a Z formation)" from me !“
