So far this company has been absolutely wonderful! I work long hours in a black hole of cell service, so they let me text them for everything and they are very responsive and helpful. They do a great job mowing my lawn and I really appreciate the level of service they provide.
I used Tailored Lawn Care for the first time this Spring season for dethatching, aeration, and fertilization. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part, but even though the work was completed correctly, Kara still arranged for the team to return and redo the service, (we straightened it out prior to them returning).
