Five Stars***** After searching google for carpet cleaning in my area, then making phone calls to a list of business for pricing. Joe returned my call promptly. He was very nice and happy to answer all of my questions. He provided me with affordable pricing and great customer service. Once more I returned to google to search reviews for this list. That's when I landed here, after seeing all the positive reviews from past customers, it was easy for me to make my final decision to go with Sterling Carpet Care. I'm so happy I did, 2 days later Metal-Neck Chris came out and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets as well as an area rug. The guys are very polite and even apologize for him being early. Ha, as if I may have been upset that they arrive to do my job even sooner than I had expected. I was happy someone showed up! I had a great experience working with this company. My carpet is in desperate need of replacement. In the meantime, they have helped me to keep my business running with a freshly cleaned carpet. They were extremely honest and open with how the process works, and what to expect. Chris worked hard to give me the best results possible, with what we were working with. Wow! Need our carpet and tile cleaned and found Sterling Carpet Care. What a find! Not only did Mark (owner) contact me within the hour, but got me scheduled for the next day. Technician Greg showed up on time, was professional and very kind. Not only did he work around all furniture, he was cautious not to do any damage. And when talking throughout the cleaning, he said that he "takes pride in his work and that every single customer gets his 100% attention, no matter if it is a big or small job". I took that as an amazing work ethic and will definitely use Sterling Carpet Care again in the future. I recommend you do as well! Thank you Mark and Greg for such a great experience.
