Sinister Shears is a salon that provides absolutely phenomenal and amazing service. It is a great place for kids' haircuts, going out of its way to make the experience special and not scary. The stylist is incredibly friendly, patient, and super patient, taking the time to get to know clients, listen to what they want, and explain what is going on. She ensures you leave loving your hair. The salon is perfect for squirmy littles and toddlers, even those who do not sit still. It is fast and affordable. The decor features skulls, skeletons, and black, but the environment is welcoming for children with toys in the lobby, Disney movies playing, and a car chair for the littles. They provide a baby’s first haircut certificate with a picture and a lock of hair. Kids often get stickers or little toys after a cut. Many families, having gone for years, recommend it highly as their new salon and go out of their way for the experience. It is definitely one of the best experiences, leaving clients feeling very happy and refreshed.
Love love love Michaela. She does such a great job with my hair and her attention to detail is unmatched. She always values the integrity of my hair, but also does her best to get me what we want while keeping my hair as healthy as possible. She is phenomenal.
Michaela is astounding 🤗 I sent a picture and she was prepared to suggest a cut/highlight for me. I’m an older lady so I requested an easy style without needing a lot of tools and she made it happen. I felt like a different person. She gives me her full attention. Words can’t express my happiness with her. My first visit consisted of cutting, highlighting, and showing me different ways to express my new “look”. Of course cuts alone aren’t that amount so don’t let prices detour you 😉.
Michaela did an amazing job on my son’s haircut! She was incredibly friendly and took the time to get to know us. We’ve been going to GreatClips for years and we got so tired of not being heard on what we wanted. Thankfully some moms pointed me here and I’m so happy we went!
This is definitely going to be our families new salon!
