My husband and I have had to go to this urgent care unfortunately several times recently but have always had such a great experience. Compassionate and friendly providers and staff. Feeling very grateful for the people who work here.
I had to be seen at Renown urgent care on Los Altos for a dog bite. Dr. Hill, Ingrid, his medical assistant, and the student nurse practitioner were so courteous and caring . Dr. Hill even called later that evening to make sure I was doing OK. I would definitely recommend going to the Los Altos location.
I went in yesterday because one of my students tested positive for RSV. So, to make sure I was not contagious, I went in to get tested as well. Thankfully, I am negative. I made an appointment the night before for 9:30am. I got there at 9:15, and within 10 minutes I was called up to check in. I unfortunately had an old insurance card, and the lady helping me was extremely helpful. She found my current insurance card and got me all settled in. From the moment I walked back to the room to the time I left was about 15 minutes. The doctor and nurse were so nice and friendly. I know how stressful this time of year is for them, so I appreciated the quick appointment.
