So my mom typically goes here when she needs to get seen for urgent care and each experience she had was very good but I cannot say the same for myself. On Mar 16th, it was my first time coming to this urgent care since I moved to this state, and I feel like my care was rushed and not taken seriously. I did a strep test that was negative, but when I checked in I told the person at the front that I have been exposed to RSV, and she told me she'll make note of that in my chart. I went in for a cut. I had the NICEST doctor I have ever had in my entire life. Even my L&D doctor wasn’t this great. Dr Kayla was patient, kind and overall an angel. I wished I could have her as my primary! Thank you Dr Kayla!
Got me in same day appointment. I did have to wait in Libby for 45 mins but that’s the way it goes sometimes when places are busy. All and all the reception to the MA to the Dr we’re all nice and efficient. I am here from out of town and come back…hopefully I don’t need to though. Also Walgreens across the street filled my prescription within 15 mins after visit. That was awesome
