friendly and helpful staff, that is there to assist you with your needs in lumber, even if they don't have it they will get it for you, to make sure your projects are done the right way
I contacted them for a very inconewuentisl low cost item. The person answering the phone had to leave their position to look for it in the yard. They did so gladly and came back to inform they had it.
