Jack and Melody Cote', RE/MAX Gold-Reno/Tahoe Real Estate
“We searched for a home in Reno for 11 months, and Jack and Melody guided us every step of the way. We toured more than 50 homes and explored nearly every area of Reno. When we weren’t in town, Jack thoughtfully recorded detailed videos, inside and out, with objective, insightful comments that helped us truly understand each property.
We made offers on five properties, and thanks to Jack’s deep understanding of our needs, we felt confident enough to make offers based solely on his video walkthroughs. For the home we purchased, Jack handled everything seamlessly: inspections, final walkthrough, HOA communications, arranging carpet and house cleaning, and other countless details along the way. He kept us organized with timely reminders and made sure nothing was missed. Even when he was out of town, he arranged for colleagues to step in and support us.
Jack’s dedication truly stands out. When issues came up, he was always generous with his time and help, making us feel fully supported. One memorable moment was discovering a typo in the escrow paperwork at 11 p.m. the night before closing, Jack immediately contacted escrow and clarified it at 6 a.m. on closing day.
Jack took care of us through both the big decisions and the small details. We couldn’t have made our move to Reno without his support. We didn’t just buy a house, we gained trusted friends. We are incredibly grateful to Jack and Melody and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in Reno.”
