I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional experience I had at Pritchett Eye Care. I was very happy that a cancellation just happened and I was able to get in next day. I broke my glasses and was overdue for an eye exam. Lucky for me that no one wanted the appointment because they were afraid to drive in the snow. If that didn't happen the next appointment was 6 months away. That's nuts. I was the first appointment of the day which also worked in my favor. When the dr came in, he clearly looked annoyed and like he was sick of his job and ready to quit. He got right to work with no pleasantries. I tried to have a little side conversation but he just wasn't interested. You never know what someone is going through so I can be forgiving. The woman who helped me select glasses was very nice and helpful. I wish they had more options to select from. Slim pickings in their showroom. My frames were not cheap at just over $600. Insurance covered half but still pretty pricey. I think I need to learn how to order online. There seems to be lots of companies to select from. I felt like I was stupid for even ordering.

The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The doctors and nurses are great. I had to change doctors/offices within the last few years due to insurance and I'm so happy I found Pritchett Eye Care. I've had such a great experience with their sparks office.
