Well stocked location with easy access and lots of parking. Store has clean bathrooms. Team members are too few to run this store and are not available to answer any questions. Check out is slow and registers are slow to process transactions. Still a great place for office and school supplies.
Went in to have a picture printed out and was immediately told by the older woman behind the desk that I had to "go do it myself." Now. I don't mind using the self serve printing, but I never have used it so I'm not really sure of how to. I could tell by the huffing and puffing of this older woman and the "what don't you understand" comment she made, that she was not happy I was bothering her.... At her job.... Where she is supposed to be helping customers. This woman was of the rudest people that I have encountered and I will completely go out of my way to go to Staples before I ever return here. Maybe you should focus on not hiring miserable, bitter employees because they're most definitely losing you money.
Have always loved Office Depot but my last few visits have been exceptional. I needed some custom binding orders and Laureen helped me out with my first one. She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service. I hope both of these associates are recognized!
