Super rude and uncaring, intentionally unhelpful, made no attempt whatsoever at being even remotely personable. I'd rather trash my small engine tools when they break down and replace them with electric than deal with the likes of this guy again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very unpleasant experience at Nevada Small Engines. The man who helped me was dismissive from the moment I walked in and seemed uninterested in helping me at all. He made a negative comment about Chinese products, which came across as offensive and unnecessary. The way I was treated made me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. I left feeling disrespected and will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to others.

Guy who ran the place was standoffish and genuinely annoyed I would dain to bring in something with an engine from harbor freight after going on a tirade about cheap Chinese stuff and how customers never stop whining about pricing while selling they sell lots of other cheap Chinese stuff. I've never met another person that seemed so incredibly anti customer. Throughout the 90's and Early 2000's my dad took all of our small engine repairs including chainsaws, weed eaters, and lawn mowers for my entire childhood so obviously it was my first choice.
