We had technician Cody do our tuneup on our heater system. Cody was professional,courteous and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up after work was done. Because of these positive attributes we signed up for a two year contract.
I have been using this company for years, and will continue to do so! The customer service this company provides is fantastic. Today, I had a tech come out and check my furnace to get ready for winter. Nick H has been here multiple times, and each time he is polite, knowledgeable, and professional. You're in good hands with this company!
We have had NV Heating clean and inspect our fireplace for a few years. Matthew was great. He checked and cleaned the gas fireplace. He answered my questions and confirmed that my concerns about gas leaks etc weren't out of line (we didn't have a leak but my main worry). We will continue to use Matthew and NV heating in the future.
