To be completely fair, this review is based on the one and only initial visit that I made. Few days ago I was looking for a couple of custom vanities for my client. "Imagine cabinets" led me to believe that I would be able to look at some cabinetry or example s of their work. I came in in hopes to get a quote. Now first impressions may not be everything, but when you are in business of selling cabinetry or home improvement s in general, I sure expect more out of your presentation. The place smelled like a dorm room and looked like an office that has partially moved out. The gentleman working on the computer greeted me with a puzzled look on his face like he didn't expect anyone to come in and ask him any questions. I was informed right away that they don't do vanities and without any further explanations I was offered someone's business card and asked to contact that person. In spite of a fairly rude greeting, I may would want to call that person, however, the business card looked very rough, was sticky with torn out edge and had what appeared to be a booger on the back of it. The only thing I was left "imagining" is how long will this business last.

Upon request, on May 28, 2019, the Imagine Cabinets Representative came to my home and we discussed in detail the scope of work I wanted done. The Rep took notes, my phone number, email address and told me he would contact me in 3-5 days with a quote. 14 days later, no contact. I called the office. Apologies and excuses were offered and I was told someone would contact me within a week. It's been nearly TWO MONTHS and I have NEVER been contacted. Who would hire such a company?
