John Bennet was perfect. Notifies us right away who our person would be and then shortly after get a text and call that he has arrived at our location. We had an emergency scary thing happen in our renovation and they were able to get us in that same day that evening and were very understanding and considerate of all of us. Even helped and gave us suggestions on other parts of the bathroom.

John was very prompt arriving at the agreed upon time. He is personable and skilled. He used a systematic approach to determine what the problem was and was very good at problem solving and eventually fixing the problem while avoiding a potentially huge project. He was also great at explaining what he was doing and why. I've had good luck using Hoffman Plumbing and John is a great asset to the company.

Allan and his team did a great job on a challenging project in a tight timeline. They made some cost saving suggestions and left the site clean. I will use them again for my plumbing needs.
