What a breath of fresh air! Gibson was amazing from start to finish. The office is responsive, the techs are skilled and communicative - and they get the job done well and in short order. Five stars and two thumbs up!
I called Gibson after my contractor never returned to finish the job. I was blown away by how patient, proficient, and professional they were. I'm in Truckee, CA and so often I am excited when a contractor even takes the time to return my call, let alone show up or follow up. Gibson in on my spreadsheet of go-to/preferred plumbers now. Gibson plumbing was responsive and easy to communicate with. The office staff was very helpful, kind and quick to respond. Galen, who came to our house, was great. He worked hard and ensured that he did a good job and updated our boiler/water heater ventilation to code. We definitely trust and are impressed with Gibson Plumbing.
