I was in Reno Nevada and my Chevy Duramax developed a fuel leak on the high pressure side of the fuel pump on a Saturday. Being from Twin Falls Idaho on a fishing trip, I didn't have the proper tools in my truck or camper to take on the project. On Monday morning I called Driven Diesel to see what they could do. Russel said he might get to it that afternoon to diagnosis the problem and let me know, time depending. He called later that day and had found the leak, gave me a very fair quote and said it should be done in the next day or two. He called me the very next morning to pick it up. Called dynamic diesel and was turned away instantly for a simple oil change in a 2021 F-350 6.7. Called Russel down at Driven and he got me in the following day. Time was of the essence for me as I have a hotshot trucking business. Russel also was able to facilitate a spot for me to drop my trailer so the oil change could be performed. If I am ever back in this area and needing and oil change or anything else, I recommend Driven over the other competitors in this area.
