I was told the tow truck would be here within two hours, and to their word it was before the two hours. I received notification that it would be at my home soon and 10 minutes later it was there. Charged exactly what was quoted, and minutes later my car was at a shop.
They were prompt at returning my message. They came right out with the type of truck that we needed as requested. They took care of moving our truck back onto our property and it was in a really tight spot to begin with. They did an excellent job! Very helpful! This was after us trying to get three other companies to do it. They quoted us a very fair price and stuck to it! Excellent value!! I will keep their number if I ever need another !!
They were so incredibly quick...and the service man Evan was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! My car had a weird issue and he was patient and despite the extreme difficulty, was able to get it into neutral bc it wouldn't damage the vehicle as opposed to dragging it onto truck. He was very professional and efficient and I hope they never let him go! Lisa was lady I talked to on the phone and she was just as fabulous!!! Price was great too. Thanks so much everyone!!!!!
